Autism West team member, Scott Sadler, opened the seminar with an account of his employment journey as a person with autism, followed by Kylie de Klerk, who provided a thought-provoking discussion on employee engagement and creating workplace harmony through developing a positive workplace culture – something suitable to all businesses and organisations.
