“I just wanted to say Thank You to you and all the Spectrum Space team for inviting me and looking after me so well. It was a wonderfully well put together conference with plenty to listen to and learn from.”
Tom Tutton, Aspect
We coordinate the annual Spectrum Space Symposium, the must-attend event for individuals on the autism spectrum, their family members, health professionals, educators, service providers, employers, researchers and anyone with an interest in autism. The Symposium is the only annual event of its kind in Australia and showcases local, national and international expert speakers, many with lived experience, exploring the opportunities and challenges for people with autism and those who work and live with them.
The Symposium provides a unique opportunity to bring the autism community together to listen, learn and network and although we made the difficult decision to cancel the Autism West Symposium in 2020, the good news for the autism community in regional Western Australia is that the event will be going on a road trip in May 2021 to three regional areas in Western Australia; Kalgoorlie, Geraldton and Bunbury.
If you want to know more about the 2021 event, click here. We can’t wait to meet you in 2021 and will be releasing more information on dates, locations, speakers and topics soon through our website and social media sites. Please also rest assured that the Spectrum Space Symposium will be back in Perth with a bang in 2022!
