If you are passionate about enhancing the lives of young people with autism, then this is a great volunteering opportunity to help young people explore their interests in a fun, accepting and interactive youth group culture.
As a Group Leader Assistant, you will assist our Group Leaders with the supervision and social interaction of individuals with Autism for approximately 3 hours a session over a 9 week period, either weekly or fortnightly.
No prior experience is required.
However we will need a current police check and working with children check prior to commencement.
If you have experience working in a youth work setting and/or have an awareness of Autism Spectrum Disorder, please include this in your expression of interest.
