Our Roles

Spectrum Space offers a variety of roles across the organisation, including:

• Office-Based Roles – Marketing, events, projects, communications, and operations.
• Participant Support & Program Facilitation – Facilitate social programs and special projects that create safe, inclusive spaces for autistic individuals.
• Education & Workshops – Deliver sessions that build understanding and inclusion in the community.

Many of our team members come from backgrounds in social work, allied health, and psychology often bringing lived experience to provide co-leadership and authentic support. We offer casual, part-time, and full-time roles, with most social program facilitator positions being casual or part-time.
