Sunday 15 March.
We are delighted to share that Royal Freshwater Bay Yacht Club (RFBYC) will be hosting its first fundraiser of the year in support of Spectrum Space, their nominated charity beneficiary.
On Saturday, 15 March, RFBYC will host a Passata Making Day, followed by a long‑table lunch, with proceeds supporting Spectrum Space and our work within the autistic community.
This hands‑on, family‑friendly experience invites participants to learn how to make traditional homemade passata from scratch. The day includes washing, cutting, and blanching tomatoes, followed by bottling, capping, and cooking the sauce.
Each participant will take home four 500ml bottles of freshly made passata. This fun and social activity not only builds skills and connection but also raises vital funds to support Spectrum Space programs.
Cost $35 per person
Following the passata making, guests are invited to stay for a relaxed long‑table lunch on the Roland Smith Verandah. The lunch will feature:
